These terms apply to the use and purchase of AXORASTACK software solutions provided by SCAAR GROUP.
2. Product Sales
- All software is priced starting from ₹40,000.
- Product is provided after video demo confirmation by the client.
- All sales are final. No refund will be provided.
3. Support Policy
Support, updates, and training are not included in the base price. They are available at an additional cost based on client needs.
4. Legal Restrictions
- Client agrees not to pursue legal action against AXORASTACK or SCAAR GROUP for product performance, data loss, or lack of support.
- All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in [Your City], India.
5. Licensing
The software is licensed for internal use. Clients may not resell, distribute, or reverse engineer the software.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access for policy violation or misuse without refund.
